New Patient Registration/Online Registration 

If you live within the following postcodes you are welcome to register with our practice:

G3, G11, G12, G13, G14

Our receptionist will ask you to fill in a form and will offer you a registration medical appointment with the practice nurse or doctor, if you wish one.  You can also register with the practice using the online forms below.  Please download, complete the forms and return to GGC.GP40629@nhs.scot  Alternatively you can print off and hand into our surgery at 1264 Dumbarton Road.

You will be registered with a particular GP at the practice for administrative purposes, but may consult any of the doctors. You are encouraged to keep to one doctor for a specific problem until its conclusion as this helps with continuity of care.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
