Our receptionist will ask you to fill in a form and will offer you an appointment with the practice nurse or doctor, should you need one. You can also register with the practice using the online forms below. Please download, complete the forms and return to GGC.GP40629clinical@nhs.scot Alternatively you can print off and hand into our surgery at 1264 Dumbarton Road Glasgow G14 9PS or 4 Laurel Street Glasgow G11 7QR (if this is the branch you wish to register with).

There is no need to call the practice to check if you have been successfully registered. Our admin team will make contact with you, on the number you provide on the registration form, if there are any issues with your registration.
You will be registered with a particular GP at the practice for administrative purposes, but may consult any of the doctors. You are encouraged to keep to one doctor for a specific problem until its conclusion as this helps with continuity of care.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration, however we would ask that you make sure to have at least 1 month supply of your medication from your previous practice. Please contact reception for further information.
